Field Operations Manager /
Michael E. Beeter
Mike is a more than just a Red Raider fan; he’s a Construction Professional and a businessman. He sets the tone for all aspects of the business, including management, marketing, sales/estimating, project management, safety and field operations. He also finds time to take care of many of BRI’s customers. He sees himself as a strong advocate for fair business practices in the commercial roofing business and has formed BRI into an example of how investing in Safety, People, Processes and Performance can build lasting customer relationships and sustainable business growth.
“By recruiting people with high levels of character and giving them the tools they need to do the job properly, we can pretty much guarantee we’ll be successful. Some companies in this business are only looking for short-term gains. That just gives the whole industry a bad reputation. At the end of the day, property owners, property managers and construction firms want the same thing: a job done right, on time and at a reasonable cost. They want a roofing partner they can trust. And that’s what we’re here to give them.”
Edward G. Reising
Ed has construction and remodeling in his blood, and he’s been in the commercial roofing business for more than 30 years. With strong opinions about the right way to run a business, he’s the perfect manager of BRI’s estimating efforts. His mission is to eradicate the perception that the industry consists of mavericks looking for quick profits. He firmly believes in identifying and solving potential problems before they happen. The combination of early project budgeting and technical estimating knowledge is what helps give BRI the edge over the competition long-term.
“The customers and our own employees appreciate our hands-on approach and the fact that we see things through. We know the business inside and out, and we try to show our people the same high standards of integrity that we expect from them. All this makes for the best work environment and the most satisfied customers. At the end of the day, it’s this simple formula that means success and growth.”
Kevin L. Kloiber
Kevin has 24 years of business operations experience. He shares Mike’s deep-held belief in company integrity and implemented the E-verify requirement at BRI that has improved the level of employee skill and reliability. He understands how taking responsibility for employee welfare and training means gaining their trust and loyalty. In return, employees are held accountable for the quality of the work they do.
“We’re ahead of the pack in providing our people with benefits and getting so involved in their safety. Roofing can be a dangerous job if you’re careless or don’t know what you’re doing. Close attention to safety means not cutting corners, and that’s a recipe for quality workmanship, too. Our customers want only the best performance and workmanship, so we’re constantly exploring new ways to deliver that, and to do so safely and efficiently.”
Jake handles project execution in the field under 20-years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. However difficult the project, Jake knows how to do it properly. He makes sure that projects are scheduled to meet customer needs, and matches this against team availability and expertise. In this way, he ensures that project timelines are adhered to while making the most efficient use of available staff. Jake is a troubleshooter, always looking for potential problems and addressing them before they occur.
“I’ve known Mike from his early days in the business. Now, he’s given me the chance to show my skills and experience and build a career. It’s great to be part of great group of leaders. BRI is a very team-oriented business, and we reward employees based on performance and the ability to do the work properly and in a safe, productive manner. It’s really rewarding to get compliments from customers about our folks in the field.”
